Anyone else have ACD fluid leaking through their right axle seal? It is driving me nuts and the smell from it dripping on the down pipe has taken over the cabin of my car. I am curious if it is as simple as replacing the seal or if this means the transfer case is possibly further damaged. Anyone else experience this?

 

Yeah, ACD fluid shouldn't be mixing with the gear lube in the transfer case. I think this problem has been reported before. Try a search.

 

Is your ACD reservoir going down over time?

 

I have tried many searches. nobody seams to have a fix other than sending it off for a rebuild. It only has 30K on it. The fluid is emptied with 2 hours of driving.
