Any updates on the 25G?

Big T, well done mate. I have the battles over here in OZ, "why don't you just get a FP or ...." Not everybody can whip out over $2000 for a turbo. How is your 20G going?

So far so good guys. I have about 2000 miles on the turbo and its still kicking strong. My setup is changing slightly for next year, but the turbo is staying. My new goal is 11.5 on pump and as close to 11.0 as possible on racegas. I haven't raised the boost much passed ~26.5psi, but once the MAP headstuds go on i'll try for some more boost on pump and make some real power. I won't be surprised to see 440~460whp at 30psi. I'll update the thread as I make more progress.

Its true, I gave this turbo a shot because it was due to a lack of funds for a big boy FP or CBRD turbo. I could have waited and saved up some more, but I got anxious. lol However, I am so Happy that its still working out. It does surge at part throttle but this can be eliminated with a better BOV than what I have. (greddy type S) I recommend this to anyone who is looking for something better than a 9 turbo, but not as good or as expensive as a HTA Green. I am still longing for a BB Red or BB BBK-B. Maybe in 2013.

Can you run the stock map to turbo intake pipe on the 20g? I am seriously considering the 25g that one I know is 80mm and would require something aftermarket.

Big T what reason did you choose the 20g over the 25g?
