Evo 9 Cam-belt change

Is it recommended to change the Evo 9's cam-belt at 100k km or 6 years?
Have you guys changed yours yet?

I just changed mine! Along with the other two belts. I did it at 67,000 miles.

haha so at 67000 miles it would be 100k km, guess my 2005 Evo9, currently on 60k km, will have few more months to go at least!

If it is new and clean (free of oil or grease) I see no reason to replace it.

I think its more of a personal reference, but its always good to follow manufactures specs. Depending on what type of use/ abuse you do to your vehicle, i always do a quick visual inspection when doing an oil change or so. Make sure the belt is free of oil like said above. A bad cam seal or crank seal will shorten the life of your belt. I just recently did my full front side maintenance TB, seal, WP while i was doing my cams. G/L
