my advice is to sell it and get tuned the correct way with ecuflash/evoscan. The S-AFC is a piggy back that only controls fuel and does nothing about the timing.

Waste of money. Your stock ECU can do the same job and much more. Completely not worth the install sell it to a Honda guy for 50 bux.

I've never installed a Neo, but plenty of S-AFC II's, and as far as I know there will be a lot of left over wires. No big deal. If it's anything like the S-AFC, on an VIII you are only going to use, power, 2 grounds, RPM's, throttle, and two wires spliced into air flow (pink/orange if Apex used the same color scheme). The Neo has additional wires for vtec s#!t and cars that have two air flow meters, but you will not use them so those wires are just covered and tucked away.
Yea, yea, yea... we all know the piggy bcaks are not "right" but the S-AFC will have always have a special place in my heart. It reminds me of the good ol' days.

... but no I don't use one anymore either since flashing software came out.

Listen to Mellon Racing, BLK EvIL, SmurfZilla, and me. Sell the AFC Neo and get the car tuned with ecuflash. I'm sorry to say it but even if it were $1 it is a waste of money.
