AMS oil pan question

I would say yes. The problem is that when it's welded the flange warps. Plus the front end of the flange does not match perfectly. I tried as much as I could to seal mine to no avail. But there are definitely some people running out with no problems.

I may pick one up soon and would want to take advantage of the scraper benefits. I have a Buschur 2.3 RPM motor. Was it necessary to have yours clearanced with the 2.3? How do you know how/where the clearancing is needed?

Anybody? Since it's been several years since this product was released does anyone know if AMS corrected the fitment issues?
