i bought the brass bushings from speed source and it seems like they sent me 2 cotter pins instead of 1 cotter and 1 c clip to hold the linkage to tranny.

Has anyone else have this issue? I think the 5 speeds use 2 cotters but not the 6.

 

I have the 5 speed set and got 2 pins and 2 c-clips, 1 for each shift cable.

my lower linkage does not have a hole for the cotter pin to go into

 

think the lower linkage was a c-clip. Sorry been awhile since i looked at it. When I took my stock bushings off I re used the hardware just changed the bushings.

 

^^ correct i contacted speed source and it seems though they are aware of the situation. I will be sending them pictures of the issue so it can be resolved for future customers
