some CBRD builds-

Just wanted to take the time to post some things going on around the shop-

trying to do this every 2 weeks or so---

we have a few nice builds here-

one for our client Brian- who unfortunately had a rod find its way out of his block a few months ago- car is getting a CBRD spec 2 L long block with his current FP red (should be a nice combo)---

we have a subaru client who wanted to get serious- so we did a built longblock with worked heads and GSC cams (thanks GSC and greg)-- with a custom turbo built for us by blouch- should be pretty awesome- finally a subaru that can carry its weight with the evo' (our highest HP sti to date is my old built bottom end 35R car with 437whp on 93 oct)

we have will's car here, getting a CBRD long runner manifold (like our F1 manifold shown here https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...different.html) he wants to make some serious power in T3 frame, and it looks like we will be using a turbo from Extreme from Greece with a Titanium wheel? should be pretty awesome-

And a Winberg Crank 2.3 we are shipping to Australia as a complete long block for time attack competition (then hopefully coming to pikes peak in 2 years)- with a ball bearing BBK-B and CBRD fmic, radiator, etc, basically a turn key package-

and a nice evo X build or two here at the shop to get CBRD fmic, piping, turbos etc....

Here are some pics

our new partner in crime-

Subaru Sti CBRD longblock with GT spec headers (and pic of heads before bolting them on)

table top arranged during motor assembly

2.3 liter winberg setup (thanks to Lucas from CARZ!!!)

some more pics

of the head going with that motor- inconel exhaust valves in all of our heads-

and some more misc stuff!!

Brians car- which his 2L is finished in, and will be started up today!

Will's Car getting a high compression aluminum rod E85 motor (with the F1 setup)- has some tricky stuff from Curt Brown and brake setup etc-

EVO X here from Miami (bbx lite.. etc... this build is being covered in evo X general)

and some more little details before our track day at NJMP

and brent making stuff

Hope you all enjoy

Cheers

CB

Thoroughly jealous of the guys getting built at your shop. You all do phenomenal work!

Already graduating to a new shop? I was blown away by the current one. Def the nicest shop I've been in. Glad to see business is booming!

Very excited to get her back, but Holy Moly that thing needs a drop. I forgot what she looked like. I could hide some Cantaloupe in that gap.
