Well after lots of reading ive decided to switch on over to AMS engine oil. Question is which weight and tyoe should I get? Im running stock turbo at 24 psi. Im soon going to be converting to e85 so that will probably be around 28 psi. I live in Arizona also. Which weight and type of oil should I get because I see there are a few different types of their site. Thanks.

 

Are you talking about Amsoil, which has nothing to do with AMS? If so, there's a rep on the board - apagan01.

BTW, which AMS did you think manufactured the fluids? The AMS in Chicago, the AMS in Maryland, the AMS in Toronto, or any number of other AMS' associated with the automotive industry? IIRC, there's gasket manufacturer, a Ford shop, etc, etc, etc.

Edit: I just realized that i replied to your thread on the Suspension board, as well. Like pads and rotors, fluid are some of the most commonly discussed products on the forum. Lots info in past discussions. Good luck.

 

lol, AMS oil...use Amsoil Synthetic 10w40 on the stock turblow
