Curious of the oils anyone has in high temp spots they live in, I live in Arizona and I was curious about which oil I should use the weight and what not, I think the guy i bought it from mentioned it was valvoline 20-50? or something i cannot recall at all, I just was hoping for good suggestions for oil in this heat, (its gonna get cold soon) currently on E-85.

 

I personally use Amsoil 10w-30 and I am in GA. While I don't have as many 100+ days as you it is very hot and humid during the summer months. I have had no issues and I run the same thing all year. I believe that it is recommended to run 10W-30 but I am not positive of that.

 

Any 10W30 should be fine.

Only oil I run is Rotella T6! Summer or winter on both the Evo and BMW.

Always had good luck with Mobil 1.
