Evening all near enough got all the bits now so I can fit my gt30 setup, will I be ok to fit it then drive carefully off boost until I get the car mapped?

Engine is a 2.4 currently setup to run actuator pressure 0.7 bar from when I ran the engine in.

You can safely drive to your tune as long as you never enter boost. Also, make sure your boost controller is turned all the way down (just as another precaution).

Do you have bigger injectors installed? If so, make sure they are scaled correctly before you drive. Ideally, you would want to leave the stock injectors in and when you get to the shop, install the injectors in the parking lot, they are easy enough to do.

I drove my car with bigger injectors and turbo to get tuned. It was a 40 min dive and it ran fine! Just never went into boost.

Thanks for the replys, car is fitted with 1000cc rc injectors and have been scaled up by my previous tuner.

So long as I stay off boost then should be safe enough to drive to my tuners.
