When I bought the car, it came with a 3 inch down pipe that doesn't have a hangar. I've been looking around and I can't seem to find some.

The downpipe does have welded arms with threads where you could put the hangars but the second half of the hangars are missing where you slide it throughout the rubbers.

The downpipe does not say what company is also made out of. And I think this is the rattling sound I hear

 

There is no 2nd part, you just put a bolt through the rubber hanger into the threaded parts.

 

The thing is, the threaded hole is small now if i match the bolt to the hole, the bolt is to small for the rubber so it's going to be useless. I would need a smaller diameter and threaded end and bigger diameter on where the hangar would hook up on the rubber.

 

use washers and make it tight so it squeezes the rubber.
