Im having this same problem. There are a couple differences though, I'm running e85.. and Em from STM said my injectors were to large while running a stock turbo and stock ecu.. keep us posted on how it goes, because if all else fails I'll order a new IAC.. I've actually been told it could be the IAC to begin with but didnt feel like dealing with it. Now that its colder its getting worse. Good Luck

no injectors are to large for stock ecu.. lol. mine fires cold/ warm.. sit it outside in 20F it fires up stays running..

its all in the ISCV tables + cranking ipw.. that high idle when cold is not so good for an engine either.. i removed that as well.

What exactly is the ISCV tables & cranking IPW.. my idle right now is set at 1500 because it isn't only with starting. It's also anytime I engage the clutch for example pulling out.. or if I'm going fast down the interstate and engage the clutch it drops to 500-800 rpms and wants to die, and even has sometimes.
