Tial QR, from recirculated to vent to atmosphere
I thought I read somewhere that you can run this both ways. Well to make a long story short, I have a QR and I will be doing a aem v2 so ill need a v.t.a. bov. I thought I read that you can change something out on the QR to make it vta, is that right? Can anyone help? I don't want to buy a new bov if I can use this one

Can you post a sound clip ?
I honestly don't see the point in purchasing a Q vta adapter when you can just use the QR as is. What would be the point ? If its good enought to shoot a QR into the intake pipe then it should be good enough to vta it.
if your on SD using it to VTA what would be the purpose of the adapter ?
Granted function over style but i want IT ALL. And I see people are posting info about the SOUND and are not too thrilled. The QR using a smaller space to vent the air should make a louder sound then the Q adapter releasing air all around the bov creating less sound due to more available venting area.
Function is the obvious because its Tial, but to have a kick *** loud whip of a bov sound is just cool (same reason why you spend hours choosing a good sounding exhaust, wheels/wheels setups, powdercoat parts) you want that show quality too.
Any one on EVOM use TIAL QR AS A VTA (SD of course) or willing to demonstrate briefly by removing their recirculating pipe ? All of the Tial Q's on youtube sound nothing but Flutter. My GFB on stock flange sounds amazing and i have no boost issues but i am going Short route uicp and i rather go with a tial now. But not if it sounds like a dirty fart.
Function and style why not attempt to have it all ?
Thanks
