picked up jdm evo4 with AYC rear diff and suspecting that it's not working properly. no pump whyning sound when ayc supposed to kick in on slippery corners and also rear end acts like open diff

tetsted with evoscan, all front&rear actuators are working, speed sensor and G sensors are working, pump whynes when actiavated via evoscan but still no action while driving

also no faulty codes. only thing is that car has swapped steering wheel with another one without airbag, so SRS lamp is on. if it matters...

any help would be greatly appritiated, how to check if ayc system is operating properly
