aem uego no gauge redout but does have power??

my gauge was acting goofy this weekend ..giveing me high lean readouts and then the next day it does not work at all. no redout. the gauge doesnt even light up. i checked the wires on the back of the gauge and it does have power. the ground is good and the connector is fine along with the wires. when the sensor goes bad. does it just shut off. my uego is a couple years old. what to do

Try replacing your sensor before goin nuts. I cant recall if there was a blank reading on mine when my sensor went or if it displayed two dashes on the readout like "--" Since it had been working fine, its likely just the sensor and nothing more.

First, check that the sensor is screwed tightly down into the bung. Sometimes the sensor can back out and you won't get a reading. Otherwise, it is replacement time most likely, just as the other buds are telling you. GL

As a comparison when my AEM O2 went south, it became very limited in range tending to stay put on one number.

If the sensor is bad it'll show "--". If you have power and ground going to it and it doesn't turn on or anything. I would replace is. If you have a friend that can loan you the gauge itself, test it that way

Yeah man it sounds like the gauge it self went out. When my sensor went out it showed "--" on the gauge.
