new clutch install, slave not pushing enough

hey guys and girls

just brought a evo 8 and had to change the clutch already
unlucky i guess but what can u do

anyways i brought myself a single plate carbonetic clutch kit with the push pull conversion kit

problem is that the slave cyclinder is not pushing enough to disengage the clutch so i cant put it in gear

i had all four off the ground and put it in gear and had a friend push down on the clutch
wheel were still spinning until i put abit of force onto the fork to help push it and it stop spinning

slave had to b modifyed but there is no leaks
master cyclinder has no leaks too
pedal has been adjusted to the max so it has a longer stoke
been bleeded heaps of times

could the slave cyclinder be stuffed??

i will get measurement and pics later on today and see how much should the slave cylinder should b pushing

thanks
