twinscroll is better, debatable I know, but the atp kit wasn't twinscroll. The flange connecting the manifold to the hotside started out as twinscroll then opening up to a singlescroll before the turbine. It was a massive failure.

Older style ATP kits weren't worth it, but the newer bolt-on ones seem to be at the top of the "stock appearing turbo" list right now and doing well, so maybe they've finally figured something out.
