^thanks but I watched it twice already lol... Tried pushing the slave back and it was firm. Also the "fork?" seem like it was more in the middle and moves to the left when someone step on it... Is it not suppose to move that much? Because the car seems to not disengage

NOOO

Evos are differnt we have the push type i belive while dsms have pull type or the other way around meaning that this is useless.

You cannot push in the fork my hand because it goes the otheer way.

I figured this out the rough way and bled my clutch twice thinking something was wrong.

For clutch drag you have 2 choices

1. Put the car in first and rev up the car to 7000rpm if it moves no bueno

2. Put the car is first gear, RIGHT foot on clutc LEFT foot outside of the car and push it should go back. if not that means it is drgging

So far, I believe removing the pill helped with shifting into gears at a stop. Still, adjusting the clutch was very necessary. Also I cleaned out the inside of my slave cylinder as it was sticking a little bit...

That video does show how to adjust the clutch. My tranny was rebuilt by Jack's transmission.

In order to do the standing rev test, you need to change your two step rpm limit. This can be done in Ecuflash. Then you can bump it up to 7000+. My clutch is dragging at 7500 rpm. I'm still trying to get it adjusted out.

If its dragging at 7.5k, would it still drag at 5k?

I'm not positive about that, but having it drag in the upper rpms would most likely lead to problems trying to shift at or around red line.

If you bled the clutch well and it still does this it's the friction disk that's warped, likely the "mechanic" that installed your clutch hung the trans on the clutch before it was all the way in and supported by the bell housing.

I was able to push slave cyl by hand. Having lockout problems too. Kinda frustrating and making miss sti 6spd feel.
