Can anyone please tell me how your experience with the removal of this "pill" has been like? Pros and Cons please.

you should try bleeding your clutch or adjusting the pedal.

I adjust the clutch pedal and it didn't seem to help. I haven't bled it yet but was thinking of taking this pill off as I'm in there anyways. (I have to remove airbox to bleed it)

That says a lot...

I've bled my clutch but it's still hard to go into any gear at a stop with car on

With car off it shifts like butter!

What gives? Can this be the solution?

Removing the pill won't fix a broken clutch. It'll just make clutch engagement/modulation feel a lot better.

I removed mine when I first got the car, and no issues at all. Clutch pedal feel was a little better but mine wasnt as drastic of a difference as some people seem to have. Either way Im glad I did the mod.
