Buschur Racing dyno sheets as promised...

Here is a copy of one of the 4g63 engines we have built here. This will give you an idea of what we are capable of in a flat our race application. This was done at 29 psi with NO nitrous and on straight race gas. It was also dyno'd to the rear wheels of an AWD car rather than the front.

Enjoy.

Stage 3 Buschur Flash....

Below is what you can expect from our Stage 3 package with our reflashing. This is on 94 ocatane at 19-20 psi of boost. Any more boost over this induced some knock and the turbo will not hold the boost at more than 20 psi to redline. This causes the HP and torque curve to suffer some instead of holding the good curve you see here.

Stage 4 with the reflash...two charts.

When we went back to look at the charts to post them I noticed that the 371 hp curve that I had posted the numbers from is NOT the curve we actually used in the reflash. While the peak numbers were better in that curve the curve wasn't better and the boost was in the 22-23 psi range. By dropping the boost down to 20 psi again the curve stayed smoother and we didn't have the fall off we did in the #70 curve.

With some additional A/F tuning and timing tuning by pull #72 we had the curve and power we wanted to charge you guys for

Enjoy.

Stage 4 with the AEM

Here is what Stage 4 looks like with the AEM on the car. Just wanted to throw this one in there for the guys interested in the stand alone fuel management. I think had we leaned on the boost (we stopped at 23-24 spike while maintaining 20-21.7 psi) we could have broken the 400 whp mark on the stock turbo. The curve gets pretty bad really spinning the stock turbo that high. The car won't maintain boost that high and will only give you a big peak number with the overall curve suffering up top.

A larger turbo will change all of that and the car will pull until we run out of either head flow or turbo flow again.

Yes, the curve is from Tym's white beast and that is the picture of the engine bay the day after it made the 821 whp.

The specs on the engine is basically what you can see in the above picture. Internally it is a Stage 3 head and shortblock. That was Tym's pet project for about 1 year.

Is an air/water intercooler part of the intake manifold or does it use some sort of water or water/alcohol injection? The inlet charge obviosly does not run through an air/air intercooler.
