Talking Off to Pruven & AL

Me and my brother are heading up to Pruven for a dyno session and a cam install for him and a boost controller/Dynoflash session for me!! Im ditching the EXEDE and going with the Dynoflash..Al has given me a guarantee 300 plus WHP and absolutly loving every second i start it up for a ride...Were going to be doing before and after with EXEDE and Dynoflash, all i have is turboback and an intake and so far with EXEDE MAP directly mapped for me from Shiv, made 282 WHP and 271 Ft LBS, AL said those numbers are going to be embarassed, and Im keeping EXEDE for the day so we get before and after accuartely..For ever who disagrees Al is a great guy and spends lots of time helping his customers, Ive called him on his cell like 4 times to get this set up and he seems excited to help and makes me feel like he wants my car to go faster!! And ill be filming a ride in the Pruven Evo as long as takes me for a ride!!!! he brought my bro last time he was up there!!!!! Ill post video!!! Wed baby were there!!!

Well that will be good..Same car, same day, same dyno, same boltons, just a change from xede to dynoflash..I am curious of what you end up w/...But then 282 from the xede is nothing to sneeze at....

Is the map you're running a just-add-water map or was it a custom tune (since you mentioned Shiv made it)? Just curious.

I'm more curious about the shape of the plot than the peak numbers (as this is something Al complimented himself on), but I'm interested in the oveall results as well.

Like Dragon said, please keep the thread on topic and civil. As I'm sure most of you know we've had a lot of problems with this type of thread recently, and while we welcome the technical aspects, we do not welcome the unfriendly posts they have been known to generate.

LOL that's what I'm talking about!!!

I have been WAITING for a back to back comparison since I got my EVO and knew of the XEDE and Dynoflash systems...yeah I know they are different...one is piggy the other is a reflash...but you have to admit...the Dynoflash seems to be a damn good piece!!!

Al,

My car runs great. I think my girl's still in shock when she sat in the front of my car. Thanks again for the flash.

FWIW, evo8power (aka Stiklr) is running a detuned baseline in his XEDE, not a custom tune or even a normal baseline map. Should be another 30whp left in it without having to get too aggressive.
