New dyno sheet - Buschur upgrades

I love this new dyno sheet we did today.

It just pulls flat all the way accross the top - in fact mad power down low AND up top.

Mods, stock turbo
Buschur 3" exhuast with high flow cat
Blitz EBC 22 ppsi peak falling
HKS suction kit
Buschur fmic and lower ic pipes
272 / 272 cams HKS
Walboro fuel pump
Denso 660 injectors
Dyno flash with cam shaft base tune

This is evidence of where we are going on our tunes after visiting Buschur - we have a lot more power on the top end while keeping the power we already had down low

This was NOT a Buschur Flash - it wont work with the HKS suction kit

We recomend you stick with a full buschur intake if you get a buschur flash

You REALLY need to get a scanner..... I for one can't see the numbers at all in that picture.... around 330 or so?

That looks like a race gas tune (22 psi). Did you do any pulls with pump gas at lower boost?

Al,

I'm getting the Buschur FMIC w/ all piping, HKS 264's or Jun CAM's (which you suggest), and 660cc injectors.

I'm dyno'ing, after the flash, at around 310whp. What can you expect after the above mods on 94 octane?

Also if in the other thread someone (could have been you) mentioned how Buschur got their cams to idle like stock. Do you know this trick and when I get reflashed is there anyway to get this done to my car by pruven or do I have to drive to Buscher to get this done? If I have to have the cams installed by pruven to get them to idle like stock then so be it!!

Last question is how much is the reflash w/ dyno time of course?

With the Buschur fmic kit and piping you should be right about where the guy above was - 334 whp. We could have gone about 10 whp further - but I am super conservative.

The results were amazing to drive - it took my breath away.

The idiling of the cams like stock is in the Bucshur Flash. The tune above was a modified Buschur Flash as this customer had a non Buschur intake - he still got the idel fix and his car does idel like stock now

Margin of saftey

At Buschur we made more power on a FULL stage 3 with no cat and the upper i/c pipes with the stock injectors and pump

Its just my own methods to run slightly bigger injectors to keep the duty cycles lower

So if I go to pruven and get reflashed on their dyno will I get the idle flash or is that a Buschur only thing? You must have the Buschur maps saved on your PC, so do you include that in your flashes w/ cams as well?

I believe it was stated that David and Al have a "deal". Meaning you can only purchase a Buschur Flash through David and have it flashed by Al with the proper "number" provided by Buschur Racing. Now it remains to be seen if the "deal" allows Al to use the "idel fix" on his own flash. Seems he will modify a Bushur tune though...

Exactly - the Buschur settings are ONLY available through Buschur!

If you get a Buschur Flash and you want to have it custom tuned to your particular evo, then I can accomidate you for an additional fee. Although, with the Buschur Flash NO additional custom tuning is required or needed IF you have a complete Buschur Stage 3 or 4 - its a plug and play situation
