Spooling Up spark plug gap?
I know the usual spec is somewhere between .18 and .22

What gap are you guys running with the spooling up COP kit?

You should be able to get away with a larger gap. I have the same COP and have mine at .030 right now but am still in the middle of tuning.

E85 or 93 will play a part in what you gap the plugs too.

Well I run both fuels and switch between tunes. .030 sound huge gap.


What are the ball park specs? I know no one really regaps the plugs everytime they change fuel.

No misfires on E85 with a 6266 at 36psi peak boost with around a .018 gap. The car made 770 on a dynojet.
