bad vacuum, idle, air/fuel ratio. ?

whenever stationary, cold start, traffic light etc. car idles terrible and reads low vacuum and air/fuel is all over the place sounds like car wants to die out but it never does. sometimes it idles fine for a little while.
looking for opinions on what might be wrong. took my car to a shop where they installed a map short runner, map o2 dump, walbro 255. i believe they might have reflashed a stock map back on but i dont know if thats the full cause of this.
after searching forums, narrowed it down to
-bad iac
-bad tps
-TUNE
-vacuum leak (they said they tested it with no leaks, but who knows)

included a video where its idling fine then i tap on gas and car vibrates more and runs funny, after a while it will idle normal again

Sounds to me like a bad tune or maybe even leaky IC pipe or something.

Could be anything, double check all your pipes and hoses, especially the ones you can't see. What bov are you using, and is it recirculated? Also what are you tuned with? ie. ecuflash or something else?
