Center Diff

hey guys I recently broke the differential in my Evo IX gearbox so order a front differential(Cusco LSD 450 C15) thinking that was the part that broken in the box but it wasn't it was my center differential and i can't see to locate one Quaife Center Differential (QDH13B) most places i tried are out of stock hope u guys can help

teamrip.com jon will take care of you. great service and tons of knowledge. he does the transfer case rebuild which is what I'm assuming you need. how do you know its the center diff?

I'm a bit confuse as to which differential goes into the gearbox....... between the transfer case and gearbox which do u refer to as front and center

Centre diff lives in the gearbox, front diff lives in the transfer case.

I finally received my Quaife Center differential from the deal and now it's not fitting into my box sigh!

I went through 2 gearboxes in less than a week here are the pics of my broken differentials






here's a pic of all 3 differentials



here is where the problem is, the pic on the left side is the quaife pic on the right with bearing installed is the Oem diff as u can see clearly that the quaife is bigger and the bearing cannot fit

now i'm not sure if the quaife differential comes with its own bearings but I didn't receive any and i'm stuck on what to do

Did you get this resolved? It looks like there is a bearing already on the quaife.
