Turbo Suggestions on Stock Block

I want to keep the block stock for now. I am considering a turbo upgrade so I need opinions from first hand experienced owners.
Here is the current parts that will be installed soon.

GSC S2 Cams
HKS Cam Gears
MAP Beehive Springs
MAP Ultimate Duty Headstuds
ITM Revised Lifters
MAP High Performance Valves
Walbro Fuel Pump
FIC 1050cc Injectors
Stock ECU
MAP 02 Housing with External WG Dump
3'' Exhaust

I can get a Meth Kit if I must
Not shooting for quickest spool, but don't want too much lag either

Considering the car will run with pump gas, which one should I get?

MAP EF2 Turbo
FP Red Ball Bearing Turbo
ATP Bolt on GT30R Kit

FP red is always a good choice when it comes to spool time. They are really good turbo's. Also depends if you want to swap out turbo manifolds and downpipes. The fp turbo's you wont have to but others with t series flange will. also fp's will have option for internal wg for the stock appearance. Seen fp red's in mid to high 500whp on race gas and high 400's on pump.

Are you intentionally not considering a CBRD BBK Full or BBK-B? I was happy with my JB Full, and am now even happier with my new ball bearing BBK-B.

You have a pretty good parts list, wouldn't want to see that motor put to shame... that GT30R kit is very outdated. Of your choices, I would choose the FP Red BB, thats going to give you spool, and good power. An EF3/4 would also be a good choice, or a CBRD BBK series turbo. Please don't consider the ATP kit though.. Even a FP Green would be awesome all around!

as asked, it would depend on your hp goals

I know its not on your list, but I have been very happy with the FP Black. It would allow you to grow with added parts and a build.

400/340. 26 psi. 93 octane. 90+ degrees. Mustang dyno that reads comparable to Buschur's. Tuner was impressed with those higher than normal pump gas numbers for that dyno. I wasn't so sure until he showed me results of some other cars that had been on that dyno.

thanks for all the replies
looks like ATP 30R is off the list

I think the MAP EF3 - FP Red - BBK-B are pretty much all the same. Just different brands and it all depends on the buyer's choice. Looks like there is no best out of these 3 turbos...

All three should be pretty comparable power-wise, but I haven't seen the EF3 available in a ball bearing version yet, so the other two should have at least slightly better spool, transient response, and reliability.
