Mine is doing it while at cruise speeds. It doesnt affect WOT or anything. It always seems to happen once Im in 4th or 5th.

Yea, I am gonna check it out tomorrow. Im so glad it finally stored a code. Makes starting the diagnosis easy lol. I looked through a log that I had taken the other day when it bucked on me like crazy. The TPS % would lock at 20% off and on like crazy, outta no where. Im hoping this is the answer to all this!

yea, I looked at it last night. I believe its the same one I sent you. If you watch tps, it just randomly goes to an even 20, just off and on.

ok, so I just swapped out a tps sensor with a buddy. Still doing it. It seems like it only does after the car has cooled down and within the first 10min of driving or so. It seems like after that, I could drive it around all day with no issues.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

I have a spoolinup COP thats not that old. I was gonna swap with my buddy, be he has an 8 and the plate that mounts to the valve cover doesnt work with the mivec valve cover. I have checked my plugs, I inspected the coils, they look fine. I have bought a new exhaust cam position sensor, swapped out a tps sensor, since it stores a code for that. Still nothing. I am at my whits end with this damn thing. INjectors cant be more than 4 months old. I know its a possibility, but I cant see them going out just at random.

I guess the next thing I might try is swapping out the primary pump on my double pumper with my old walbro 255. Maybe the primary pump is on its way out already?? Its only 2 months old though.

So things I have replaced, swapped out or checked:
Checked plugs, look clean and dry
Swapped tps sensor with known working one, no change
Bought new cam position sensor for exhaust cam, no change(havnt done mivec cam as its a order only part.)
Boost leak test, no leaks
Inspected COP, everything looks fine

I am sort of expecting maybe a crank angle sensor now too. I just hate to go buying new sensors without any changes.

Idk, just reading from your posts, i thought it can be clogged injectors or some related it to wire. Maybe try out chevron fuel cleaner too...cheap to try out.

no, I have never really heard much noise from the fuel pump on this car. Not when I had my single 255, or the double pumper now.

What gets me frustrated is I cant replicate the problem at all. It just happens randomly within the 1st 10 min of driving after its sat and fully cooled down. Then it doesnt seem to have any troubles. I can beat the snot out of the car and it wont make a single glitch.

What worries me about driving it, is I am worried one of the times it cuts out, its gonna die as it has done twice and I wont be able to start it again this time.

Check your coolant temp sensor. If it is going bad the car would buck and shut off.
