Evolution IX as stated. I am noticing my clutch sometimes wont come up. I would go to shift and when I release im in the correct gear and im on my way, but the clutch keeps its distance from me only comes back a 1/3 of the way. I just put my foot under and bring it up and its fine for awhile and sooner or later it will happen again.

Now side note. I did do a clutch install but that was 5000 miles ago. no issues until
about 3 days ago...

any ideas or thoughts..

Check if your slave cylinder is leaking

 

Make sure the pedal is properly adjusted too. I had to keep pulling my clutch pedal off the floor after shifts because the pedal was too low.
