No launching, No drag racing, no road racing .....

If making 600whp, should I upgrade my trans / tcase ????

Pick the right clutch and be really on top of drivetrain fluids. You shouldn't be worried if theres no launching or tracking.

I prefer single disc clutches. Less parts that break, and I believe they last longer as well! ..
But to answer the question, if you are not launching, then you will be fine.

I like singles as well. And you'll be fine OP if you're not beating the car.

Thats more or less the standard go-to clutch. You can't go wrong with it. But if you will never launch then I'd look into a carbonetics pro blade clutch. They are great to DD, and shift very well and are very gentle on your drivetrain. Shifts are fast but without the shock loading.

I make around that, I beat on mine all the time with stock stuff with no issues what so ever. Just depends on how nice you are to the system. If you drag out the clutch and are hard on the t case, and the drivetrain yeah its not gonna hold very long.

Couldnt agree more with this... its all how you drive your car and how you put that power down... stock componets are not bad at all if your not CRAZY with it

I mean you can agree if your dragging the clutch a little to long, launching it all the time and putting tons of stress on the driveline that it will break at some point in time. Our drivelines are very very beefy for stock stuff, but not indistructable.

Stock trans and tcase should hold the power fine if ya take care of it and drive it right...as for clutch. Go with the exedy twin or qm. Single disc is not gonna hold the power. At 600 whp ur gonna spin the crap out if it
