Thinking about putting cams in my Evo, but I'm worried about whether I'll pass the emissions test (which is a two-speed idle test here). Anyone know if it will pass? I've also heard that adding alcohol to the fuel lowers emissions -- anyone tried that before with their Evo or any other car?

 

that is why i like jersey now.... they passed a thing that all new cars are good for 4 yrs before needing inspection

 

take it to a local gas station and pay $50.00, that is what the kids do whos car i KNOW for sure WOULD never EVER pass inspection. That is why I go to the same gas station all the time, they know me good now, I dont even have to tell them what to put in they just do it. I go on days when nobody is there and talk to the guy who is also fixes cars and does inspections. He would hook me up.
