Speed density pass emissions and inspect in CA?

Basic mods, cams, turbo, FMIC w/ UICP & LICP, Speed Density, Tuned on 91.

Currently in a place that doesn't inspect or test, so can anyone tell me if I'll pass with this setup? I'm mostly concerned about the Speed Density and tune.

You will fail the visual. But any tech on a good day may not give a ****, but be prepared and smile big and play dumb but I can bank that you have some aftermarket stuff and the visual is going to be your hurdle. Ive passed with alot of mods in CA but you gotta appear fairly stock ad SD aka getting rid of MAF is gonna be a tip off right away.

Haha, thanks guys. I'm military, so that may/ may not help, but at least if in worst case, I can register it in my home state of FL and just pay the fees.

I'm military too with my car not registered in Cali but to get a new base sticker (whenever your current one goes out) to get access to your respective base you will have to get smogged even though you don't have a Cali plate. But don't worry, just get with some of the local Evo crowd once u get there and you will get "taken care of".........that is all.

I thought they did away with the base sticker thing. but, without the MAF you will fail the visual.

I am on the east coast now but that's the way it was in Cali and I heard about the no base stickers anymore but I just got a new car and we got stickers when we went to register it. I know on SocalEvo they have an entire section related to smog so u can look em up
