We sell the Ikeya Formula Sequential Shifter. It's $1275, if I recall correctly. Works on Evo 7 & 8. Check out our website to order it:

Well, it mounts on top of your stock shifter. It converts your forward and back motions for shifting from 1-2-3-4-5, to a pull-back to upshift ...and push forward to downshift. This way you never miss shifts. There is a lever to engage reverse gear. The whole system is pretty tall; the knob actually is pretty close to the steering wheel. You still need to use the clutch though. Kinda reminiscent of rally car style shifting.

I believe the one that RRE uses is from Sequishift USA. They don't have a website anymore. It used to be www.seqshiftusa.com I guess they are out of business??
