battery relocation

Ok so I did a battery relocation and wanted to know If I did it right on the EVO 8 MR

Positive terminal: has the fuse box, starter and ((white/red (ignition setup))? wire hooked up to a 150amp circuit breaker with a 2guage wire to the battery

Alternator: independent 4 gauge wire straight to the battery nothing else ran with it.
Question. I left the factory power wire for the alternator disconnected is this ok? or does it send power somewhere else?

Ground: scraped off some paint in the trunk till it was nice and silver looking then grounded there lol

What do you guys think??? Ill post pics later

You should do it using the same connections on the circuit breaker. I wouldnt delete any, all you really need to do is make the one going to the battery longer to wherever it is in the trunk. you can double check to make sure you have a good ground and power by checking for any voltage drops. while vehicle is running you can check the voltage at the pos terminal and at the pos post on the battery. both should be the same or your ground may need to find a better place to ground.
