Help! My clutch does not disengage!

Notice in the other pic when clutch pressed the fork extends out to the rubber gromet.

Thanks guys very much for your help, the hydraulic clutch system, TOB are good. My mechanic this weekend will be pulling out the Tranny to inspect it. A friend stated it could be the pilot bearing (if the evo 8 does have one) . I will advise of my findings. Thanks guys

Slave is fine, it fully extends fork.

UPDATE! Okay guys I found the Culprit. Somehow the clutch spring housing broke off and one set of springs got out. Looks to me that the clutch was so wasted that the pressure plate was beginning to rub on the springs.

By the way anybody know what kind of clutch that is? it seems to have copper strands.
