Try unplugging the MAF, then start. If the problem goes aways, then do that cleaning and reset legacydestroyer mentioned. Still there, go buy a new MAF.
Ive had the same issues and After a new set of coils och plugs, i tried that and the problem disappeared...

 

yeh if my car was doing that i would go straight to the MAF

 

I've tried unplugging the MAF and nothing changed, I've also cleaned it and same result.

did you actually clean the MAF and the ISC? sticky or bad ISC usually causes this kind of idle! Does it idle the same waywith the A/C turned on? If it does or cuts out, then surely examine the ISC!

 

I cleaned the MAF but not the ISC I'll try that. And yes it runs the same way with the A/C on or off.
