Should I get a re-tune with OEM IC?

I need to go back to the OEM IC because I need more space bolt my VII front bumper. I have a 3 inch IC right now and I want to go back to the OEM IC just to give some more space. Should I get retuned after?

short answer: yes

long answer: going from a larger more efficient intercooler to a less efficient one changes temperature and thereby density of the air entering the engine. this will need to be accounted for in the tune just as putting a larger intercooler needs to be accounted for in the tune when going from stock.

Get it checked sure, didn't affect me at all going from stock to 3.5" ETS then back to stock. Its not like I could suddenly run 2* more timing with the ETS or anything.
