What Fuel pump should I use on Street with ethanol

I need a fuel pump that can handle some 800Whp on Ethanol but I'll use the car on street.

My first idea was to use a weldon 2035, but I knew that it overheats, my second idea was to use a magnafuel mp- 4703 (Prostar EFI 750) that I heard it doesnt overheats like the weldon, but nowadays I heard that it overheats too, so my idea now is to use 2 walbro 416LPH for e85.
I'm very confused there is any mechanical pumps for evo that I can use for street?

Please someone help me because I'm not finding any solution.

Thanks, Rafael.

I have yet to see a reliable single that can flow that well. Better off running a pair of smaller pumps.

I run a Buschur DP with the Walbro 255s. I was making right at 790/625 ish at 40 psi on my 6466 and have plenty of fuel. (in the 10s) I'm using FIC 2150s, aeromotive regulator, and AMS fuel rail. I just removed my S2 cams and installed S3s. I'm not anticipating fuel being an issue past 850hp.

itsmrrizz2you I liked this one because the fuel goes inside of the pump, so it refresh the pump, you know if it can handle ethanol?? in the website it says that handle 1000HP on forced induction, but on ethanol it maybe handle 650HP or 700HP. I was thinking on 2 walbro 416LPH

Steven, I have yet an ams 1000hp fuel system with 2 walbro 255s, but the 255s is not made for alcohol, so it doesnt lasts more than 1 or 1,5 years and it doesnt make high fuel press.

I was thinking on 2 walbro 416LPH, anyone knows this pump? Because I need a pump to run on alcohol and make 800HP, so It is the same of a 1200/1300HP Fuel system for gasoline.

In Brazil most of the gasolines is not good, is much better to use alcohol.

Mine have been on ethanol for more than 3 years now. I'd be willing to bet that more than 80% percent of those running E85 are running Walbro 255 pumps. I haven't seen any more Walbro failures since E85 became popular than I did 10 years ago.

could be because of the difference of e85 for pure alcohol? I'm thinking on walbros 416 LPH, you already heard something of them Steven?

I've never ran one, but I've seen several people post about them on here. I'd give Buschur a call. I believe he has done some testing. He sells both and I believe made a DP setup for a member using those pumps. He is/was producing ethanol.
