Not sure what size flange this is...?

I purchased an EVO earlier in the year and the guys before me apparently just rigged things up left and right for the sale. There is a horrible exhaust leak and a shop I took it to said it is where the header and turbo meet. Here is a pic I took:

The shop told me they refuse to work on that part of the exhaust based on it being turbo and they are not fimialr with turbo vehicels. I got to looking at the spot and it appears the bolts have some tack welds holding them in place....my guess is this is why they said no thanks. So I am going to do it myself with a buddy, since he is amazing at fabrication, welding, and has built his own turbo vehicles before. He suggested I figure out the flange and get a gasket for it but how do I determine what size flange this is? Can I just use the high temp RTV sealant on it? My buddy said use a gasket and the RTV and I can't go wrong but if I dont know the flange size to get a gasket, would RTV hold it? All I know is I need to get it fixed so I can go get it tuned...even if it means welding the damn this together...lol.

All I do know about the setup is that its an HKS kit with a GT35 turbo (techincally the person before me said its a GT35/71R)

Thanks for the help in advance.

If Im not mistaken I think its a T3 flange, just get a gasket for it if not go buy some high temp gasket maker(not sealant). Don't weld the turbo to the manifold!
