New Tune need help ASAP Spark issue?

Ok so I got a new tune.

Specs are 03 evo with 96k

added evo 9 turbo
FIC 1450 dsm injectors
Muse LICP
gsc stage 2 cams
Intercooler
cone intake

Also I installed
Gates racing timing and balancing belt
Gates water pump
arp head studs
cam seals
valve seal

the tune before that I was on
stock 9.8 turbo
1000 PTE injectors
stock licp
stock cams
And it ran fine like just perfect.

OK first let me start by saying when installing the turbo I installed the stock waste gate arm too tight and it stock psi was hitting 30-31 psi. Well when the radiator blew I fixed it. So now I have my manuel boost controller set for 30-31 and when I got the car tuned it was tuned for the stock waste gate pressure at 30-31. I cant find any reason why this would cause any issue as far a the tune goes.

Then when we were took it for a test drive it started to give the feeling of misfiring or bogging when hitting WOT and my check engine light was flashing to let me know knock was happening. My tuner was thinking that the spark plugs were the reason. But I maybe had 500 miles on them since I last replaced them with NGK 7 now Ive gone to NGK 8 the step colder and nothings changed. Since I drove it home its gotten even worse.

Now when I just turn it on the car runs even worse then when I drove it home thinking maybe some how my spark plugs were the issue and it was going to be a quick fix. The car rpm once started are around 2-500 and its really ruff. And if it just sits their its like the whole car is jerking with the cams. I understand the gsc 2 are a big aggressive but they should be this ruff IMO. The other thing my tuner said was maybe it was the COIL PACKS. Because he said they go out around 60-90k and when I tested them I was getting a spark out of all of them.

So Im kind of running out of ideas maybe 30psi is too much for the stock coil packs? Im really running a blank.... And I want to really to put faith in my tuner since the last tune was amazing but OMFG my car is running like CRAP!!!!! like its almost undrivable because if I stop or pull up to a stop sign the car wants to die and sometimes does. If I have to drive it back up to him Im more then likely to get it towed its running so ruff.

Also as a side note my throttle seems very choppy and slow response when giving it a little gas. Feels slower response then stock unsure if this is a sign of something else.

Any other things you guys could think of or could cause the car to run even worse from taking it home and changing to a step colder spark plugs please let me know asap. Its taking all the fun out of owning an EVO =(

What are the plugs gapped to, and what caused the radiator to blow out?

I am not sure on the radiator went from but its wasnt like it blew blew. The plastic top cracked and wouldnt hold pressure. Id imagine personally it was just old... Or that there was air in the system that got hot blew up. But that problems fixed and water under the bridge unless you think it could relate.

I talked to a friend who thought maybe when we installed the radiator that we loosened up a coupler and forgot to tighten it and that would explain everything.....But alas god hates me and all of them were fine.

Im now starting to think maybe a coil pack is going bad.... But with no spare or people with one to let me use to test it since everyone I know has upgraded theirs.... Its kind of a expensive what if to throw money at at this point.

Thats why I'm asking you guys for help before I throw 500-600 in a spark tech system or something along those lines......

Can we get an answer to this one?

That's likely your problem. When I went from pump to E85 and upped the boost I got around 500 miles out of the first set of plugs. Gapped the next set down and they lasted much longer. I was running over 30psi on the stock turbo with the plugs at .018 problem-free. I didn't notice a difference between the stock heat range and one step colder, but after I built the motor I've been running one step colder only.

ok so compression test showed on cold motor 130/130/50/50 if you were looking at the front of the car.

there is no oil to lead to a blown motor? And I know because It had a ton of fuel that flooded the cylinders and when I used a jerry rigged shop vac with a small hose the fuel was crystal clear that was sitting on top of the piston?

Does this mean the head on the right is done. I dont wanna open it up just gunna let the guy who installed it all do that so I can have some kind of accountability.....

But best guesses? I guess I'm now freaking out.... I have also had the gsc dual beehives installed with valve seals and the whole 9 yards even cam seals lol.... So now I guess i just hope Its the valves arnt seated or came undone.... Hope I dont need a whole need head.....

You most likely have a compromised head gasket and/or the pistons are blown or something.

Who tuned this car? Why didnt you take it back to them to fix?

I tested compressions before I took it to him they were 150/150/150/150 both times. I really kind of doubt the lower end has had a problem and a problem in both cylinders on the right side just seems a bit too odd.....

But now having a night I am starting to think the right side of the head lifted... But we will know tomorrow hes taking it back and said he'll cover all his work so maybe something small like valve seals... hopefully =( Id cry if it was the bottom end too....
