Flywheel questions...

I have used the search and haven't found anything directly related to which flywheel to use when upgrading your clutch...

I'm going with a comp stage 2 clutch, my power goals are around 400whp

I'm just wondering which flywheel would be best to use, i've heard what kills the stock clutch is the flywheel not transfering heat very well but then i've seen ONE person on here suggest using the OEM flywheel when upgrading clutches, i'm not a huge fan of lightweight flywheels but if there is one that is just the one you HAVE to use...i'll for sure go with that, I just want something that makes the clutch last and will maintain good stock feeling,

any reasoning for staying with stock vs a lightweight flywheel?

my fear would be anytime anything loud drives by the rpms would dip and shut the car off and would be worse with a lightweight flywheel, but what are the pros and cons here? i'm just trying to do a good amount of research before i go purchase and i only ask because i've read the stock flywheel doesn't disperse heat well and causes a lot of heat to build up on the clutch
