I need help + advice, 30 miles after dealership work = internal engine damage...
The 2nd opinion dealership calls me up today and tells me that it will be $8700 for new parts and labor or $7100 for used parts. I asked them that if I would take the other dealership to court if their tech would be able to show up or provide written documentation on what he found and what he believes happened. They put me on hold for 3minutes then tell me that the tech can't provide either and that he can only tell me what he believes happened...

-More focus has been on the oil pump gear pulley bolt since that has physical damage done to it. I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow, if that helps at all.
*Correction: 3 days and 81 miles to be exact.

do you know which one the two bolts on the timing belt tensioner pulley leads to the oil galley? im only asking because i have a small leak, and i think thats what it is.

I guess since it is dealership labor that is why it is so high? They get the engine parts from Buschur and the rest would be OEM parts, but it does seem like at least $1500 too high... ugh. I'm about to just buy a huffy pedal bike and move to Florida and use what is left of my car to sleep in.

The only other time I have seen what happened to you is when a balance shaft seizes. It will strip the pulley right off the oil pump and can cause the timing belt to skip teeth. The first dealer will never pay unless you win in small claims court. The second dealership will not allow him to testify against another dealer as that could cause a whole war between them with customers blaming both dealers and a bunch of court cases. However the circumstances that the worked on the belt and it skipped 81 miles later and they never advised you of any oil leaks or problems on the original job are in your favor.

If you do take them to court they would HAVE to prove all the things that were wrong with the car and notifying just like you would have to prove their ineptitude (I think your broken motor says it all).
A built motor is normally about 5-7kish (new/built head and built block) and labor is any where from 1500k-3kish. That price isn't terrible but its not a deal either. But if its another dealership you are going to be paying their labour rate (typically higher then a aftermarket shop) and they are quoting you a price fora brank new OEM motor.

i just hope they put mileage on the receipt, when i took Dodge/Chrysler Co and a local Dodge dealer to court, the judge was very much on my side. if it goes to a trial it would be very different, since you will need someone to back your claim.
remember for a judge to make a qualified decision, you have to imagine he/she knows nothing about cars. so basically means all they will hear is blah blah blah.
"hopefully" as the case progresses, they will do the smart thing and settle.
be sure to send that dealership a "demand" letter giving them X amount of time to fix, that will also help you in court. it shows that you attempted literally to allow them to fix the issue w/o resulting to court.
I found a reputable place that will do a better job for $6700. I'm keeping with stock parts so they can't say that I was trying to get performance parts out of all of this. The owner called me today and keeps trying to get me to bring my car back in saying that he wants to work with me and will give me the dealership discount on the OEM parts, which is 30-40% and he will cut down the labor costs a lot. Which is a deal, BUT why should I be paying for their mistake? Plus it is hard to trust a dealership or anyone shortly after they were trying to cover up things and screw me.
-What can be done to an engine block to fix the scarring on the cylinder walls? Just boring out the cylinders to a bigger size, i.e. 2.1 or ?
The next move is getting the car to the reputable place then talking to my lawyer and send the dealership a letter or phone call to see if they want to settle before moving to court.
