Assuming we are speaking of a -267 pump and E85 (?), you should upgrade the return to an AN -6, carefully drill the siphon, and upgrade the pump wiring.

If this is strictly a gasoline application, you may be able to get by with factory wiring and return line.

Danm..ok...thanks...I will prob drill out siphon regardless and just buy 15ft of 5/16th fuel line and runn it as my return if I see my stock lines limiting the potential of the tune

I'd be careful with that. Drill the siphon too large and it will not function properly. As it cannot be purchased individually, there is no room for error.

Use a 9/64" bit as I specified in the link above. That has proven to control the pressure of two 255lph pumps running full time in parallel with a wiring upgrade, without creating siphoning problems. If there is still an issue, the factory return line should be upgraded.
