Wiseco 1400 hd pistons vs the e85 1400hd pistons. What's the difference

What is the difference between the wiseco 1400 hd pistons and their 1400hd e85 pistons. Can I run e85 on the normal 1400hd pistons? What one should I get for a street car that will make 450whp running 91 octane 90% of the time and 700whp on e85 10% of the time.

I believe the E85 pistons are 10:1 verses 9:1. I have the normal pistons and so far so good.

I would make sure that you will always be able to run e85 because pump gas and 10.5:1 can be a bit finicky.
