Ignition : wasted spark vs sequential

Tried searching on this topic but couldn't find anything. I was just wondering if there was a huge difference between the two. I've got the ST pro 12 but just recently purchased an aem ems. Should I ditch the pro 12 and get a pro 14 box? I plan on making upwards of 800+ on a mustang dyno pushing about 45 psi. My goal is to trap 150+ in a full weight evo. Would it be better to go sequential at that point?
I was also thinking about wiring up the pro 12 box to run sequential but I think its only got a 2 channel input.
Any help from you guys would be appreciated. Thanks!

-Jesse

I got the pro 14 for mine wired sequential in my Aem. I bought this box straight from the guy at M&W, he says you should always run sequential in a performance application if you can. My car runs awesome even with my 11:1 2.3 and E85. Not even close to misfiring with cheap br8es plugs gapped to .028".....

On mine I got the high power option where when a wire is grounded by my ems is ups the power from 150mj to 250mj only under boost. I love it myself. Needed? Probably not but a nuclear power plant under the hood never hurts. Lmao
