Steven the engine moves front to back not side to side. so if you have the buschur front cross member its solidly mounted to the front of the trans. which is connected to the block. front to back movement is nearly impossible. and if it is then your going to rip the bolts right out of the trans that is bolted to the cross member.

the Ingalls is nice but after a while it wares out and raddled like hell.

get the avid side mounts with a 60/69 duromiter bushing. don't get the 90 one. you prob wont notice a thing changed considering your cross member.

No where lists the Avid passenger side mount and trans mount individually. Its either the kit, or front motor mount, dog bone mount, and trans mount separate. I dont see a separate passenger side mount.

I had all stock mounts except for the front one in my last car and it definitely had some drivetrain slack and bucking at lower speeds. My current car has all torque solution mounts which create crazy amounts of vibration at idle but the drivetrain slack is definitely less noticable and there is no bucking at any speed.

Do you hear the vibration? I dont care so much about a little bit of vibration in the seats since the car is pretty lopey with the cams anyway, I just dont wanna hear the steering wheel and dash sound like its about to fall apart

Couple of thoughts:

- The stock motor mounts do tend to soften and sag over time. One option might be to try replacing at least the front motor mount for a new stocker.
- There are Ralliart engine mounts that are made from rubber of higher durometer than stock. That's what I've been using for the front engine mount on my Evo for the last five years. It produced slightly more vibration at idle only when the AC was turned on. No additional noise.
- AMS offers motor mounts made from 70A durometer which is softer urethane than what other companies offer.

A front engine mount for any of those options is only about $150 to try. If you don't like it, I'm sure you can sell it.

I mentioned earlier in the thread that I have the Buschur front center member bar with the built in mount. My problem is that there is a lot of bucking at low RPM and low speed from having the stock mounts up top, the motor literally rocks from nose to tail enough to get the car looking like its doing a hump dance lol. I suppose I could give the ralliart mounts or the AMS ones a shot. I dont have AC so maybe I wont feel any vibrating at all.
