I did alot of research on my e85 setup thats in the making. I want to go with minimum 1000cc injectors but Im stumped when it comes to low/high impedence. I know high imp. is 12volt and low imp. is 5volt (give or take). Im not sure if our evos have a resistor box or if they have direct 12v injectors.

So questions are:

If we have a resistor box (I think its the rectangular shaped relay on the firewall) do I remove it?
If we dont have a resistor box, do I just drop in the injectors and wire up the connectors?

Or are you guys saying this guy shouldve stayed in the honda scene
Anyone that can chime in on this would be helpfull

 

Evo's do have the resistor box. You can buy a resistor bypass from several different vendors...check Spoolinup I know they carry them.

 

Thank you sir! So i was right about the box being on the firewall and i found the resistor pack bypass. Reading diagrams is not a bad idea
