On my last setup I drilled a hole in the spare tire well and routed the positive line underneath the vehicle. The negative you can bolt anywhere you see a good connection in the trunk, might have to sand a spot down. Mount the battery box good or after a few launchesit will be flying all over the trunk and youll be asking your self why the car shut off

Im unsure of any write ups but I wouldn't recommend running the B+ cable outside of the car. Not trying to bash the previous poster but thats not a safe option. just my 2 cents.

Yea idk I was think of running inside ik it could catch car on fire possibly if something goes wrong but also if I mount it outside the wires will be more Likely to get damaged fast

Make sure you put a circuit breaker or fuse block as close as you can to the battery, to avoid pontential electrical fires. You can get marine circuit breakers (ie 120 amp +) for under 50 bucks. Also did you get a vented/ sealed kit?

Also, I would avoid running the wires underneath the chassis.. You really want to avoid having such a high power wire, exposed to the elements, that could pontentially short out. Run it through the firewall then cabin, if possible. It's more time consuming but safer and defintely cleaner.

This is the link I referred to when doing mine with the same Taylor kit. Came out great but I put an in-line fuse like BEKevo said, closest to the battery, and also used a distribution block in the engine bay to make it cleaner.

The way I have my power cable routed is from the firewall up to the passenger side there is a grommet behind the glove box on the firewall. I routed it through there, then I routed it behind the kick panel trim underneath the acd ecu, underneath the door sill and carpet, underneath the b pillar and under the carpet underneath the rear pas door sill and behind the rear seat back rest there are openings to the trunk area.
