Ok sparky I pulled the WGA arm off the flapper and used a spring to completely close it. Still have the hose from turbo to WGA, but I dont think that matters. And now the boost gets to 4-5ish? I'm lost...

Sparky with the cut rod and turnbuckle all the way down what kinda boost should/could the stock WGA get to without a MBC?

I think......well, what I think doesn't matter in this case because your low boost issue has me stumped. Honestly. I'll admit it.

I wish that I lived closer so that I could help you troubleshhoot the problem in person. It must br frustrating for you. Regardless , the very thing that I would do though, if it was me.....I would immediately throw that stock actuator in the trash and install a FP 18# WGA.

I have the Turbosmart one that comes with the EF3's now on the way, as I bought this turbo 2nd hand...
