Need advice on setup!

So im unsure on what setup to go with at the time for my evo 8. My friend is selling me a precision 6262 for 1k which has less than 300 miles, but id also need a bigger intercooler, bigger injectors, vband manifold, and possibly a double pumper not sure. but that would be an additional 2500$ more.

or i could send my evo 9 turbo sent to fp to be turned into an FP black, which can be a slight less cheaper route i think since i wouldnt need much more mods

my current mods are...

full 3in turboback exhasut
1000cc injectors
hks 380 cams
buscher intercooler
walbrho fuel setup
9 lsd tcase
stock block n everything

im making 390 to the wheels right now and my goal is 500-600 range. anything in that area is accomplishing for me

i just want advice on what setup is a better bang for you buck, any way i could save money here n there ya know

Might be a good idea to start beefing up the block.

Well anything around 500-600 needs to be beefed up imo.
