Evo engine oil experiment: Would you run this oil?

So my curiosity has me wanting to do this experiment, if for anything for my own sick, twisted pleasure, but hopefully some good info might come out of it. I will edit this later into a poll to make it easier to measure your votes.

Basically what I am doing is I am sending in two fresh samples of unused oil to get a VOA from Blackstone. They are simply labeled as brand x an brand y. As soon as Blackstone sends me the analysis I will post them on here and add a poll option to basically state whether you would run x and y, neither, or one or the other.

Here is the only info I want to give out. They are both sythentic oils and are both 10w30. Im not certain if it matters to give out what API ratings and ILsac info or not so I wont give that out just yet. The thing is, maybe they are both known good oils that are used by a lot of members, maybe only one is, or maybe none of them are. For all we know they both are cheapy brand oils. I want to see what you think of these oil without the bias of a name brand associated with it, but rather purely associated with the data from analysis. This is another reason why I edited out even the notes from Blackstone, I want this purely to be on the data only.

The poll will be open for 14 days. Anyhow, here is are the VOAs:

You could contact Ryan at Blackstone and get a copy of a test that's already been done on those oils, they've tested them all. http://www.blackstone-labs.com/Newsl...m_medium=email

yea, but sending them unnamed samples cuts all worries that there might be bias

Oh, I don't either, but I'm just saying that it cuts all chances of it
